二草汤直肠滴注治疗湿热瘀阻型ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察二草汤直肠滴注治疗湿热瘀阻型ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床疗效。方法:将110例湿热瘀阻型ⅢA型CP患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,各55例。治疗组予以二草汤煎汤100mL直肠滴注,并保留1晚,1次/d;对照组予前列闭尔通栓1粒塞肛,1次/d,并配合口服药物盐酸莫西沙星片,1次/d,每次0.4g,疗程均为4周;观察治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)、中医症状积分、前列腺卵磷脂小体、白细胞计数。结果:治疗后,治疗组NIH-CPSI、中医症状积分、前列腺液中白细胞数目和卵磷脂小体数量改善均显著优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率(90.9%,50/55)显著优于对照组(83.6%,46/55)(P<0.05)。结论:二草汤直肠滴注治疗湿热瘀阻型ⅢA型CP疗效较好且安全可靠。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Ercao Decoction for rectoclysis to treat chronic prostatitis(CP) type ⅢA with syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat. Methods: A total of 110 CP type ⅢA patients with syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 55 cases in each group. The treatment group was given rectal infusion of 100 mL of Ercao Decoction and kept overnight, once a day;the control group was given 1 tablet of Prostaglandin Suppository to plug the anus, once a day, together with the oral drug Moxisha Star Tablets, 0.4 g once a day, course of treatment was 4 weeks;National Institutes of Health-chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI), TCM syndrome score, prostate lecithin body, white blood cell count before and after treatment were observed. Results: After treatment, NIH-CPSI, TCM syndrome score, the number of white blood cells in the prostatic fluid and the number of lecithin bodies in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.01, P<0.05). The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.9%(50/55) and 83.6%(46/55), respectively, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ercao Decoction for rectorclysis is effective and safe for treating CP type ⅢA with syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat.
