摘　　要：新版CEL 034-2020《室内照明用LED产品能源效率标识实施规则》中要求在2020年已经开始实施。文章对新旧版实施规则和国家标准的主要内容作了差异解读,并对新版实施规则和国家标准中的修订点作重点介绍,为广大企业理解相关条款和合理申请新的能效标识提供参考。The new version of cel 034-2020 "implementation rules for energy efficiency labeling of LED products for indoor lighting" requires that it will be implemented in 2020. This paper interprets the main contents of the new and old versions of the implementation rules and national standards, and focuses on the revision points in the new version of the implementation rules and national standards, so as to provide reference for enterprises to understand the relevant provisions and apply for new energy efficiency labels reasonably.
