摘　　要：稀释接种法在我国BOD_(5)监测中的应用较为普遍,但该方法在使用效率方面存在不足,这在很大程度上影响了稀释接种法的实用价值。基于此,将结合稀释接种法简单分析BOD_(5)测定影响因素,并结合稀释接种法在效率方面存在的不足,深入研究BOD5反推取样法在监测与分析中的应用,由此深入探讨BOD5取样量确定方法和BOD_(5)反推取样法的具体应用。The dilution inoculation method is widely used in BOD_(5) monitoring in our country,but the method has certain deficiencies in the use efficiency,which greatly affects the practical value of the dilution inoculation method.Based on this,the influencing factors of BOD_(5) determination will be simply analyzed in combination with the dilution inoculation method,and combined with the inefficiency of the dilution inoculation method,the application of BOD_(5) reverse sampling method in monitoring and analysis will be studied in depth,and the determination of BOD_(5) sampling volume will be discussed in depth.The specific application of the method and BOD_(5) reverse sampling method.
