摘　　要：高等教育已经进入到普及化阶段,作为培养人才基地的高等学校,必须适应经济社会发展的变化,主动作为承担起培养高水平应用型人才的任务。黑龙江工程学院先后承担了国家及黑龙江省六项试点任务,在20年本科建设实践中,大胆实践,努力探索,在培养高水平应用型人才的过程中取得了骄人的业绩。Higher education has entered the stage of popularization.As a base of training talents,colleges and universities must adapt to the changes of economic and social development,and take the initiative to undertake the task of training high-level applied talents.Heilongjiang Institute of Technology has successively undertaken six pilot tasks of the state and Heilongjiang province.In the 20 years of undergraduate construction practice,it has made great achievements in the process of cultivating high-level applied talents.
