摘 要:采用热重(TG-DTG)及原位傅里叶变换红外光谱技术(in situ FT-IR),研究了含EVA和F2603两种黏结剂的铝硼、镁硼金属化炸药的热分解性能,计算获得不同炸药体系的热分解动力学参数,从微观角度分析黏结剂对金属化炸药热分解反应的影响。结果表明,与碳氢黏结剂相比,含氟黏结剂能够促进含硼金属化炸药的热反应,提高反应速率和反应完全性。Thermal decomposition characteristics of metallized explosive containing aluminum-boron and magne-sium-boron with different binders including EVA and F2603 were invesitigated by thermogravimetric analyzer(TG-DTG)and in situ FT-IR technique.Dynamics parameters of thermal decomposition of different explosive systems were calculated.Effects of binders on thermal reaction of metallized explosive were analyzed from microcosimic view.The results show that,compared with carbon-hydrogen binder,decomposition product of fluorine binder could enhance reaction rate and reaction extent of boron-containing explosives,hence promoting the thermal reaction of metallized explosive containing aluminum-boron and magnesium-boron.
