摘 要:利用纤维素酶协同超声波提取技术对广金钱草中总黄酮的提取工艺进行筛选,通过单因素试验和L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验优选出纤维素酶协同超声波法提取总黄酮的最佳工艺为:乙醇浓度50%、料液比1:30,纤维素酶500mg,超声波提取时间30min。在该提取条件下黄酮得率为2.28%。本实验优选的工艺设计合理,稳定可行,抗氧化活性较好,为鱼腥草的进一步研究提供技术基础。The extraction process of total flavonoids from Herba Lysimachia Christina were screened by using cellulase synergistic ultrasonic extraction technology.With rutin as the reference substance,the extraction rate of flavonoids was the index.The optimum conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids by cellulase and ultrasonic method were optimized by single factor test and L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test.The ultrasonic treatment time is 30min,ethanol volume fraction is 50%,rate of material and solution 1:30,500mg cellulose.The extraction rate of flavonoids under this process condition was 2.28%.The optimized extraction process was scientific,stable and feasible,can provided a new basis for the comprehensive assessment and overall control of the quality of Herba Lysimachia Christina.
