对警哨的若干思考

摘　　要：警哨还是警笛,现行规范性文件前后表述不一致,名称须统一。警哨属于警械,还是警用装备,亦应明晰。警务实践领域,交警、监管、社区民警、警察培训和警犬训练等公安行政管理中,警哨的使用较为广泛。警哨的警种岗位配备、日常使用及维护保养亟待规范。Police whistle or police siren,the current normative documents are inconsistent in their expressions,and the name must be unified.Whether a police whistle is a police apparatus or a police equipment should also be clarified.In the field of police practice,police whistle is widely used in public security administrative management such as traffic police,supervision,community police,police training and police dog training.The police classification,daily use and maintenance of police whistle urgently need to be regulated.
