摘  要:目的:探讨在小儿肺炎支原体肺炎治疗中应用阿奇霉素序贯和多维元素片治疗的效果。方法:数字随机对照实验,将我院2018年6月—2020年5月收治的66例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿分组。对照组33例以阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组联合多维元素片治疗,比较两组疗效差异。结果:观察组治疗后咳嗽、退热以及肺部啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FVC、FEV_(1)和PEF水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后比较,观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组而CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合阿奇霉素序贯和多维元素片治疗MP可以调整患儿免疫功能,改善肺功能并促进康复,值得应用。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Azithromycin sequential and multi-element tablets in the treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children.Methods:66 children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were enrolled in a digital randomized controlled trial.In the control group,33 patients were treated sequentially with Azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with multi-dimensional element tablets,and the difference in efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The disappearance time of cough,fever and rhonchus in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV_(1) and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MP combined with Azithromycin sequential and multidimensional element tablets can adjust immune function,improve pulmonary function and promote rehabilitation in children,which is worthy of application.
