摘　　要：目的:对经过改良的鼻丘入路鼻内镜额窦手术方式进行探讨。方法:随机抽取2018年1月—2020年1月在我院接受鼻内镜下颌窦开放术的患者66例,按照手术方式分为对等的对照组患者与研究组患者各33例,对照组患者行以钩突为主要标志的常规鼻丘入路鼻内镜额窦手术,研究组患者行经改良的鼻丘入路鼻内镜额窦手术。对比两组患者经手术治疗后的治疗有效率、鼻窦改善效果以及治疗满意率。结果:研究组患者在行经改良鼻丘入路鼻内镜额窦手术后,其治疗有效率、鼻窦改善效果显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),同时,研究组患者治疗满意率也显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:基于改良的鼻丘入路鼻内镜额窦手术,可以提升手术患者的临床治疗效果,有效改善患者临床症状,效果较好,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the modified nasal endoscopic frontal sinus surgery through nasal colliculus approach.Methods:66 patients who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly selected and divided into control group and study group with 33 cases in each group according to the operation method.The control group was treated with routine endoscopic sinus surgery through uncinate process,and the study group was treated with modified endoscopic sinus surgery through nasal colliculus approach.The effective rate,sinus improvement effect and treatment satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate and improvement effect of nasal sinus in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment satisfaction rate in the study group was also significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved nasal endoscopic frontal sinus surgery based on the nasal colliculus approach can improve the clinical treatment effect of surgical patients,effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,the effect is good,worthy of promotion.
