探究正畸联合桩冠修复治疗在修复龈下根折的外伤前牙中的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究正畸与桩冠联合修复治疗在修复龈下根折的外伤前牙中的疗效。方法按照治疗方案的不同将随机选取的该院于2016年2月-2018年7月收治的50例龈下根折外伤前牙患者随机分成对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组采用传统治疗方法,观察组则采用正畸与桩冠联合治疗方法,并对两组治疗后的临床效果和根尖组织及牙周情况进行比较。结果对照组的总有效率(76.00%)低于观察组的总有效率(96.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.150,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的牙齿松动、龈沟出血等牙周情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸与桩冠联合修复治疗龈下根折外伤前牙有利于提高患者的治疗效率和减少患者牙周不良情况的发生。Objective To explore the effect of combined orthodontic treatment with post crown restoration in the repair of traumatic anterior teeth with subgingival root fractures. Methods According to the different treatment plans, random select50 patients with subgingival root fracture trauma who were admitted to the hospital from February 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group used traditional treatment methods, and the observation group used orthodontic and post crown combined treatment methods. The clinical effects, apical tissue and periodontal conditions of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group(76.00%) was lower than the total effective rate of the observation group(96.00%), the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.150, P <0.05);after treatment, the observation group had better periodontal conditions such as loose teeth and gingival crevicular bleeding than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of orthodontics and post crown restoration for the treatment of subgingival root fracture traumatic anterior teeth is beneficial to improve the treatment efficiency of patients and reduce the incidence of periodontal defects in patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
