摘 要:目的探讨外伤性颈段脊柱、脊髓损伤外科手术患者选用高压氧治疗的价值。方法简单随机选取2018年1月-2020年1月该院接收80例外伤性颈段脊柱、脊髓损伤外科手术患者为研究对象,将其均分为两组(随机表法),对照组(n=40,选用脱水、抗炎等常规治疗),试验组(n=40,在常规治疗基础上选用高压氧治疗),对比临床疗效、临床指标(日常生活能力、运动功能、感觉功能、痛觉功能、触觉功能、肢体功能)、神经功能分级。结果试验组治疗后临床疗效(95.00%)明显高于对照组(77.50%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05)。试验组日常生活能力、运动功能、感觉功能、痛觉功能、触觉功能、肢体功能明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前试验组、对照组神经功能分级差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组A级(2.50%)明显低于对照组(17.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05);试验组E级(35.00%)明显高于对照组(12.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.591,P<0.05)。结论外伤性颈段脊柱、脊髓损伤外科手术患者选用高压氧治疗对改善运动、感觉、痛觉、触觉等方面功能评分,降低神经功能分级,提高临床疗效效果更理想。Objective To explore the value of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for surgical patients with traumatic cervical spine and spinal cord injury. Methods Simple randomly selected from January 2018 to January 2020, the hospital accepted 80 cases of traumatic cervical spine and spinal cord injury surgical patients, and divided them into two groups(random table),the control group(n=40,selected dehydration, anti-inflammatory and other routines treatment), the experimental group(n=40,choose hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of conventional treatment), compare the clinical efficacy, clinical indicators(activity of daily living, motor function, sensory function, pain function, tactile function, limb function),and neurological function classification. Results The clinical efficacy(95.00%) of the experimental group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165, P<0.05). The ability of daily living, motor function, sensory function, pain function, tactile function and limb function in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in neurological function classification between the test group and the control group(P >0.05). After treatment, the test group A(2.50%) was significantly lower than the control group(17.50%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.000, P<0.05);the test group E(35.00%) was obviously higher than the control group(12.50%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.591, P<0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for surgical patients with traumatic cervical spine and spinal cord injury can improve the functional scores of movement,sensation, pain, touch, etc., reduce neurological function classification, and improve clinical efficacy.
