摘 要:目的研究氧驱雾化吸入普米克令舒对小儿哮喘急性发作患儿临床症状改善效果,观察氧驱雾化吸入普米克令舒等临床应用价值,分析患儿治疗后肺功能的改善效果。方法方便选取该院2019年1-12月收治的186例小儿哮喘急性发作患儿,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各93例患儿,试验组进行氧驱雾化吸入治疗,药物选择普米克令舒,对照组常规用药治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗安全性、肺功能指标等指标差异。结果试验组治疗总有效率96.77%,不良反应4.30%,对照组治疗总有效率88.17%,不良反应12.91%,两顶数据对比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.240、5.710,P<0.05)。试验组FEV1、FVC、PEF指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组临床症状消失时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿哮喘急性发作患儿开展氧驱雾化吸入治疗效果显著,药物选择普米克令舒用药效果高,较常规用药治疗安全性更强,值得临床应用。Objective To study the effect of oxygen-driven atomized inhalation of Pulmicort Resul on the improvement of clinical symptoms in children with acute attacks of asthma, observe the clinical application value of oxygen-driven atomized inhalation of Pulmicor Respules, and analyze the effect of improving lung function in patients after treatment. Methods 186 patients with acute asthma attacks in the hospital from January to December 2019 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 93 patients in each group. The experimental group was subjected to oxygen drive atomization inhalation treatment, Pulmicor Respules was selected as the drug, and the control group was treated with conventional drugs. The differences in the treatment effect, treatment safety, lung function index and other indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was96.77%, and the adverse reaction was 4.30%. The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 88.17%, and the adverse reaction was 12.91%. Compared with the two data, the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=6.240,5.710,P<0.05). The FEV1, FVC and PEF indexes of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05). There was a statistlcally significant difference in the disappeared time of clinical symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of oxygen-driven nebulization inhalation therapy for children with acute asthma attacks is significant. The drug choice Pulmicor Respules has a high effect and is safer than conventional medications, and is worthy of clinical application.
