摘 要:目的探讨重症患者使用营养泵进行肠内营养治疗的护理要点。方法便利选取该院2018年1月-2020年1月60例重症患者,均使用营养泵进行肠内营养治疗,信封随机法分为二组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施个体化综合护理。比较两组护理前后营养情况、免疫功能指标、APACHEⅡ评分、护理满意度、ICU住院时间、总住院时间、并发症发生率。结果实验组营养情况、免疫功能指标、APACHEⅡ评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理满意度(94.30±3.21)分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=19.748,P<0.05)。实验组ICU住院时间、总住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率10.00%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05)。结论重症患者实施肠内营养期间给予个体化综合护理可减轻患者的病情,改善营养情况和免疫功能,减少并发症发生,缩短住院时间,值得推广。Objective To explore the nursing points of enteral nutrition therapy with nutrition pump for critically ill patients. Methods Conveniently selected from January 2018 to January 2020, 60 critically ill patients in the hospital were treated with nutrition pumps for enteral nutrition, and they were divided into two groups by envelope randomization. The control group was given routine care, and the experimental group was given individualized comprehensive care. The nutritional status, immune function index, APACHEⅡ score, nursing satisfaction, ICU hospital stay, total hospital stay, and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The nutritional status, immune function index and APACHEⅡ score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was(94.30±3.21)points higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=19.748, P<0.05). The length of stay in ICU and total length of stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate of the experimental group was 10.00% lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.812, P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized comprehensive care during the period of enteral nutrition for critically ill patients can alleviate the patient’s condition, improve nutrition and immune function,reduce complications, and shorten the length of hospitalization. It is worthy of promotion.
