摘　　要：目的分析高血压性脑出血术后开展分期康复护理对患者神经康复的影响。方法方便选取2019年1月-2020年1月该院收治的高血压性脑出血术患者共70例,随机分组,对照组的患者给予常规康复护理,观察组实施分期康复护理。比较两组护理前后患者神经功能缺损NIHSS评分、满意度。结果护理后观察组神经功能缺损NIHSS评分(5.56±1.21)分低于对照组(12.51±1.57)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.022,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度94.29%高于对照组74.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.957,P=0.021<0.05)。结论高血压性脑出血术后开展分期康复护理对患者神经康复的影响大,可有效改善患者神经功能,提高患者满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of staged rehabilitation nursing on patients’ neurological rehabilitation after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 70 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in this hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into groups. Patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation care, and the observation group was given staged rehabilitation care. The NIHSS scores and satisfaction of patients with neurological deficits before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the NIHSS score of neurological deficit of the observation group was(5.56±1.21) points lower than that of the control group(12.51±1.57) points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.022, P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 94.29% higher than that of control group 74.29%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.957, P=0.021<0.05). Conclusion Staged rehabilitation nursing after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has a great impact on patients’ neurological rehabilitation, and can effectively improve patients’ neurological function and improve patient satisfaction.
