摘  要:针对某型号高功率密度(HPD)柴油机,运用发动机三维仿真软件AVL Fire建立仿真模型,通过改变喷油提前角和喷油夹角对校准仿真模型进行燃烧模拟,分析了不同喷油提前角和喷油夹角对HPD柴油机燃烧和排放的影响规律。此模型存在最优喷油提前角为-8°、喷油夹角为157°,此时在NO生成增加量较少的情况下,油耗可以降低2.01%,Soot排放可以下降4.44%。该分析结果不仅为进一步研究该型号HPD柴油机的动力经济性奠定了基础,还为不同工况柴油机进一步调节喷油参数奠定了基础。For a certain type of high power density(HPD)diesel engine,the simulation model is built by using the engine 3D simulation software AVL Fire.The combustion simulation of the calibration simulation model is carried out by changing the injection timing and the injection angle.The effects of different injection timing and injection angles on the combustion and emissions of HPD diesel engines are analyzed.The influence of different injection timing and angle on the combustion and emission of HPD diesel engine is analyzed.This model has an optimal injection timing of-8°and angle of 157°.Under this condition,fuel consumption can be reduced by 2.01%and soot emissions can be reduced by 4.44%with a small increase in NO emissions.The analysis of this law lays a foundation for further research on the dynamic and economic performance of this type of HPD diesel engine,and also lays a foundation for further adjustment of diesel engines’injection parameters under different conditions.
