摘  要:介绍了自主研发的可应用于冷轧钢板生产线上的基于机器视觉的钢板表面质量检测系统的硬件构成,包括高速线阵CCD相机选择,光源设计,系统照明方式设计,嵌入式图像处理系统设计以及如何基于千兆以太网实现高速线阵CCD相机的图像实时采集与传输。实验验证通过千兆以太网对采集的图像进行实时传输,该系统易于升级,可扩展到其他相关领域。The hardware composition of the self-developed and self-owned inspection system for surface quality of the steel sheets produced by cold rolled production line based on the visual technology for machines was introduced,which included the selection of high-speed linear-array CCD camera,design of light source,design of system lighting mode,design of embedded image-processing system and how to realize the real-time image acquisition and transmission from a high-speed linear-array CCD camera based on Gigabit Ethernet.The experiment verified that the acquired images could be transmitted in real time through Gigabit Ethernet.This acquisition system was apt to be upgraded and could be extended to other related fields.
