有意而为的面子威胁行为:对“硬核”防疫标语的治理学解读

摘　　要：“硬核”防疫标语是一种有意而为的面子威胁行为,从类型上可以视为劝诫类标语的升级版,它们更广泛地出现在基层治理过程中。尽管多有批评,但疫情形势下紧急型、有益型和权力型三种应用场景赋予了面子威胁行为以正当性。通过言语行为分析,可以发现基层防疫工作治理逻辑下说话人、话语内容和听话人三要素的微妙关系,更能透过“硬核”防疫标语这一具有娱乐色彩的强指令来理解说话人的真正意图,不能简单地将它们视为粗陋、暴力和诅咒。The“hard core”epidemic prevention slogans is a deliberate threat to self-respect,which can be categorized as an upgraded version of exhortation discourse.They appear more widely in grassroots governance.Although there are much criticisms,the emergency,beneficial and power dialogue situations give the legitimacy to the implementation of face-threatening behavior under the epidemic situation.Through the speech act analysis,we can find the subtle relationship among the speaker,the discourse content and the audience under the logic of the governance of epidemic prevention at the grass-roots level.We can even decode the real intention of speaker through the“hard core”epidemic prevention slogans,which is a strong instruction with entertainment color.
