摘 要:以某高压共轨柴油机为研究对象,采用硫元素示踪法试验测量了润滑油的消耗情况;通过对活塞和气缸套温度场的试验测试,建立了活塞组件动力学仿真分析模型,计算了柴油机的润滑油消耗随转速及负荷变化的情况;分析了4种主要缸内润滑油消耗途径的润滑油损失量。结果表明,缸套壁面蒸发和活塞顶环甩油在润滑油消耗总量中所占比例较大,分别占比约61.42%~70.56%及29.42%~38.42%;随着柴油机转速及负荷的增加,其润滑油的消耗情况表现为先快速升高,随后略微减少,再快速增加的趋势。Taking a high-pressure common-rail diesel engine as the research object,the lube oil consumption was measured by the sulfur-tracing method,and a dynamic simulation model of piston assembly was established by testing the temperature field of the piston and cylinder liner to calculate the variation laws of lube oil consumption with engine speed and load.Four main channels of lube oil consumption in the cylinder were analyzed.Results show that the lube oil evaporated from cylinder liner wall and thrown off from piston top ring accounts for a large proportion of total lube oil consumption,reaching 61.42%~70.56%and 29.42%~38.42%,respectively.As observed,the bench test basically verifies the results of the simulation calculation.With the rise of engine speed and load,the lube oil consumption first increases steadily,and then shows a rapid increase trend again after a slight decrease.
