摘　　要：基于ISO 3834国际焊接质量管理体系在中国的应用实践,总结了该管理体系针对焊接这一特殊工艺方法的特点,规定了系统的焊接质量管理细则要求。很好地弥补一般通用质量体系在这一方面的空白。其核心包括焊接责任人员、焊接工艺及评定、焊接及检验人员资格认证等诸多要素。该标准体系具有全面质量要求、标准质量要求和基本质量要求3个质量等级,可供不同的企业根据客户要求、自身要求和产品特点进行选择,并且对于运行环境没有特别要求,其质量控制原则可以用于熔化焊方法之外的其他方法,应用不受产品种类的限制。Based on application of ISO 3834 international welding quality management system in China.Characteristics of the management system in view of the special welding process were summarized and requirements of the system’s welding quality management rules were specified,which made up the blank of general quality system in this respect.Key points included welding responsible personnel,welding process and qualification,certification of welding and inspection personnel,and so on.The standard system had three quality levels,comprehensive quality requirements,standard quality requirements and basic quality requirements.It could be selected by different enterprises according to customers’requirements,their own requirements and product characteristics,and had no special requirements for the operating environment.Its quality control principle could be used for other methods other than fusion welding,and its application was not limited by product types.
