摘 要:【目的】为筛选出适合昭通冷凉山区黄壤培肥改良效果好的碳基调理剂。【方法】以昭通冷凉山区黄壤为研究对象,采用田间试验方法,研究施用不同碳基调理剂对土壤养分含量、作物生物累积量、养分吸收及养分利用的影响。【结果】施用碳基土壤调理剂能提升土壤pH值,补充土壤有机质含量,调控土壤养分供给。施用碳基调理剂后有效减少土壤氮素的淋溶损失,土壤氮的供给持续且稳定,有效提高烟株根系和烟叶的氮含量和氮吸收量,提高氮肥利用率,对烟叶产质量的提升有显著作用。【结论】综合来看,施用T2碳基调理剂的效果较好,作物生长的中后期能稳定持续供应氮素,有效提高烤烟叶片对氮素的吸收利用,有利于烟叶产质量的形成。【Objective】The purpose of the study is to screen carbon-based soil conditioners for soil fertilization in cold mountainous area of Zhaotong.【Method】The field experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of soil nutrient characteristics,crops biomass,nitrogen uptake and nutrient use efficiency in cold mountainous area.【Result】Carbon-based soil conditioners could release soil acidity,increase soil pH,supplement the content of soil organic matter and regulate nutrient supply.After applying carbon-based conditioning agents,the leaching loss of soil nitrogen effectively reduced,and the supply of soil nitrogen was continuous and stable,which effectively increased the nitrogen content and the nitrogen content and absorption of tobacco roots and leaves.Carbon-based soil conditioners could increase N fertilizer utilization and beneficial to yields and quality formation in tobacco.【Conclusion】The T2 treatment was an effective carbon-based soil conditioner which can be used for comprehensively evaluating the level of soil fertility and establishing soil fertility grades in cold mountainous area of Zhaotong.
