摘 要:某矿为了解决全尾砂在立式砂仓内快速浓缩沉降、连续放砂、连续充填的技术难题,进行立式砂仓全尾砂絮凝沉降试验研究加以优化选择。从絮凝剂选型、絮凝剂添加比例和最佳供砂浓度等3个方面开展研究,对比了全尾砂沉降面高度随时间的变化关系,测定不同供砂浓度与沉降速度及极限浓度的相互关系。结果表明:全尾砂的质量浓度过低或过高均不能均衡沉降速度和沉降浓度的差距,在供砂浓度为15%时,添加500万分子量的阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)添加比例为5g/t,全尾砂沉降速度可达686.89cm/h,可实现矿山实现动态沉降、连续放砂要求。In order to solve the technical problems of rapid concentration,continuous sand discharge and filling operation of full tailings in the vertical sand bin for a mine,and the experimental study on flocculation and settlement of full tailings in vertical sand silo should be carried out to optimize the selection.In this study,the variation of the settling surface height of tailings with time is studied from three aspects:flocculant selection,different adding ratio of flocculant and optimal sand supply concentration.The results show that the mass concentration of backfilling too low or too high are not equilibrium concentration of subsidence velocity and subsidence gap in for sand concentration is 15%,add 5 million molecular weight of anionic polyacrylamide(APAM)with adding a ratio of 5 g/t,the sedimentation velocity of 686.89 cm/h are obtained,it can realize the requirements for dynamic subsidence of full tailings and continuous sand discharge.
