摘 要:针对当前建筑高处大悬挑结构模板支撑架施工技术未考虑模板支撑架施工技术参数而导致的施工安全裕度、稳定性和承受力低的问题,提出了建筑高处大悬挑结构模板支撑架施工技术。从计算模板支撑架、梁柱节点半刚性、支撑架荷载、稳定性等施工参数,确定模板支撑架施工流程。从水平和垂直这2个方面,搭设模板支撑架,完成建筑高处大悬挑结构模板支撑架施工技术设计。试验结果可供类似工程参考。Aiming at the problems of low safety margin, stability and bearing capacity caused by the current construction technology of formwork support frame of high-rise large cantilever structure without considering the construction technical parameters of formwork support frame, this paper puts forward the construction technology of formwork support frame of high-rise large cantilever structure. The construction process of formwork support is determined by calculating the construction parameters such as formwork support, semi-rigid beam column joint, support load and stability. From the horizontal and vertical aspects, the formwork support frame is set up to complete the construction technology design of the formwork support frame of the high cantilever structure. The test results can be used as reference for similar projects.
