摘 要:针对悬索桥主缆现有防腐技术存在的问题,提出了从主缆内部通干空气进行除湿的新型除湿系统,干空气的送气压力是除湿系统设计的关键参数.通过试验测试了除湿系统干空气输送过程中的压力损失,并结合龙潭长江公路大桥主缆防腐设计,对该桥除湿系统设计所需的送气压力进行了理论计算.结果表明:在螺旋弹簧内设置波纹管能有效降低送气管道的阻力系数,最大可降低46.4%;钢波纹管送气管道的阻力系数范围为0.0356~0.0401,采用该阻力系数计算得到龙潭桥边、中跨主缆按180 d除湿时间计算所需的送气压力分别为6.9和18.4 kPa,按360 d除湿时间计算分别为1.6和4.5 kPa.增加主缆除湿时间可有效降低干空气送气压力,建议龙潭桥主缆除湿系统干空气送气压力按主缆360 d除湿时间计算结果确定.Aiming at the problems existing in the anti-corrosion technology in the main cable of a suspension bridge,a new dehumidification system for delivering dry air from the interior of the main cable is proposed.The supply pressure of dry air is a key parameter in the design of the dehumidification system.The pressure loss during the dry air delivery of the dehumidification system is tested through experiments,and the air supply pressure required for the design of the dehumidification system is theoretically calculated in combination with the anti-corrosion design of the main cable of the Longtan Yangtze River Bridge.The results show that setting the corrugated pipe inside the spiral spring can effectively reduce the resistance coefficient of the air supply conduit and the maximum can be reduced by 46.4%.The resistance coefficient of the steel corrugated pipe ranges from 0.0356 to 0.0401.Using the resistance coefficient,the dry air supply pressures required for the main cable of the side and the middle spans of the Longtan Yangtze River Bridge are 6.9 and 18.4 kPa for 180 d dehumidification time,and 1.6 and 4.5 kPa for 360 d dehumidification time,respectively.Increasing the dehumidification time of the main cable can effectively reduce the dry air supply pressure.It is suggested that the dry air supply pressures of the main cable dehumidification system of the Longtan Yangtze River Bridge should be determined according to the calculation results of 360 d dehumidification time in the main cable.
