基于江西省68例确诊病例探讨轻型、普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎中医证治并典型病案分析

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎简称为“新冠肺炎”,通过一线诊治的江西省内68例确诊为轻型、普通型新冠肺炎病例临床分析,结合患者中医四诊资料及辨证施治认为该病病位主要在肺与脾,涉及胃和大肠,其病因为湿毒,并归纳以下4个常见证型:(1)湿毒犯肺,风热夹杂证;(2)寒湿困脾,肺气不利证;(3)湿毒郁肺,内蕴化热证;(4)肺脾气虚,湿毒困阻证。依此辨证施治取得了较好临床疗效。COVID-19 referred to as"COVID-19",by the author and a line of diagnosis and treatment of colleagues in jiangxi province 68 patients diagnosed with light,ordinary COVID-19 cases of clinical analysis,combined with TCM four diagnostic data and evidencebased medicine thinks the disease is located in the main lungs and spleen and involves the stomach and large intestine,the disease because of wet poison,and summarized the following four type often witness:1)wet drug traffickers lung,wind heat inclusion syndrome;2)Cold dampness trapped spleen,adverse evidence of lung qi;3)wet poison depressed lung,internalized heat syndrome;4)deficiency of lung and spleen,dampness of poison and obstruction.The treatment based on the syndrome differentiation has achieved good clinical effect.
