中药热奄包穴位热敷治疗老年骨质疏松腰背痛30例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药热奄包穴位热敷治疗老年骨质疏松腰背痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例老年骨质疏松腰背痛患者按入院就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予中药热奄包穴位热敷治疗。结果:观察组症状改善总有效率96.7%,显著高于对照组76.7%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3天、1周、2周VAS疼痛程度评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量评分的生理功能、躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、精神健康等5个方面评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药热奄包穴位热敷治疗老年骨质疏松腰背痛疗效好,可有效缓解疼痛,并明显改善患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the curative effect on hot compress at acupoints of Herbal Reyanbao in elderly patients with osteoporosis lumbodorsal pain.Methods:60 cases of senile osteoporosis lumbodorsal pain were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the order of admission.The observation group was treated with hot compress at acupoints of Herbal Reyanbao hot compress at acupoints basis of routine treatment,while the control group was treated with routine treatment.Results:The total effective rate of symptom improvement in the observation group was 96.7%,significantly higher than 76.7%in the control group(P<0.05);the VAS pain scores in the observation groupat 3 days,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life assessment scores of physical functioning,bodily pain,vitality,social functioning and mental health in the observation groupwere higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hot compress at acupoints with Herbal Reyanbao can effectively treat lumbago and backache of senile osteoporosis,which can effectively relieve pain and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
