补肾滋阴润肠方联合乳果糖治疗帕金森病便秘随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾滋阴润肠方联合乳果糖治疗帕金森病便秘的疗效。方法:选取我院2016年5月-2019年1月确诊为PD便秘的180例患者。按随机平行对照方法分为对照组和观察组,各90例。两组均采用常规治疗,对照组加用乳果糖口服液,观察组加用补肾滋阴润肠方联合乳果糖,两组均连续治疗1个月。检测两组患者治疗前、后生活质量及肛肠动力学,并评定疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组PAC-QOL显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肛管收缩压(PAS)、肛管静息压(PAR)、直肠静息压(PRR)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为91.11%,显著高于对照组的72.22%(P<0.05)。结论:补肾滋阴润肠方联合乳果糖治疗PD便秘患者,能够改善临床症状及肛肠动力学,疗效显著,值得应用。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of bushen ziyin runchang prescription combined with lactofructose in the treatment of Parkinson's disease constipation.Methods:180 patients diagnosed with PD constipation in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into control group and observation group,90 cases each.Both groups were treated with conventional treatment,the control group was treated with lactofructose oral liquid,and the observation group was treated with tonifying kidney,nourishing Yin and runchang prescription combined with lactofructose.Quality of life and anorectal dynamics were measured before and after treatment,and efficacy was assessed.Results:After treatment,PAC-QOL in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Anal systolic pressure(PAS),anal resting pressure(PAR)and rectal resting pressure(PRR)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 88.89%in the observation group was significantly higher than 72.22%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen ziyin runchang prescription combined with lactofructose can improve the clinical symptoms and anorectal dynamics in patients with PD constipation.
