浅谈脑心论治在治疗老年病中的应用

摘　　要：始于《黄帝内经》,中医学理论认为心脑与生命的关系最为密切,且经络是沟通心脑与防治老年病的内在桥梁。故而从心脑论治老年病具有充实的理论研究基础。心脑的病理状态主要表现为瘀和虚,瘀为淤血阻络,虚为血不养神。淤血阻络、血不养神所致的脏腑亏虚是老年病的基本病机。近年来,越来越多的临床研究和实验研究都证实了心脑论治老年病的有效性及可行性,并不断深入探讨了心脑论治的病理生理基础和活血通络法、养心安神法的作用机理,从心脑论治已经成为老年病相关疾病研究和防治的重要方向及思路。Beginning in the"Yellow Emperor's Canon",Chinese medicine theory believes that the relationship between the mind and brain and life is the closest,and the meridian is the inner bridge between the heart and the brain and the prevention and treatment of geriatric diseases.Therefore,the treatment of geriatric diseases from the heart and brain has a solid theoretical research basis.The pathological state of the heart and brain is mainly characterized by phlegm and phlegm,and phlegm is blocked by blood stasis.The visceral dysfunction caused by blood stasis and blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis of geriatric diseases.In recent years,more and more clinical studies and experimental studies have confirmed the effectiveness and feasibility of thinking about the treatment of geriatric diseases,and have continuously explored the pathophysiological basis of the treatment of heart and brain and the method of promoting blood circulation and collaterals.The mechanism of action of the sacred method has become an important direction and thinking of research and prevention of diseases related to senile diseases.
