摘  要:围绕着提高电机的功率密度,提出了一种新型直接冷却式轴向磁通分块铁心无磁轭(YASA)电机,根据传热学及流体力学理论对其热和流体耦合场进行了分析,并对该电机的冷却系统进行了优化设计。建立了传统背部冷却式YASA电机与直接冷却式YASA电机的三维CFD模型,并通过采用有限元法(FEM)求解了两种电机的稳态三维温度场与冷却系统压力损失,最后,制造了优化后的YASA电机,并将仿真的结果与实验结果进行对比验证该电机散热系统的高效性。In order to improve the power density of the motor,a new type of directly cooled axial magnetic flux flux split-core non-magnetic yoke(YASA)motor was put forward.The three-dimensional CFD model of back-cooled YASA motor and direct-cooled YASA motor was established,and the steady-state three-dimensional temperature field and pressure loss of cooling system of the two motors were solved by finite element method(FEM).Finally,the optimized YASA motor was manufactured,and the simulation results were compared with the experimental results to verify the high efficiency of the motor cooling system.
