摘  要:与常规电机使用风冷或水冷不同,有机朗肯循环磁悬浮透平膨胀发电机可采用有机工质直接进行冷却。有机工质冷媒和散热结构对发电机温升特性影响的研究是十分必要的。以一台磁悬浮透平膨胀发电机为例,从雷诺数、散热系数等方面比较有机工质R245fa、空气和纯水三种冷却媒介散热性能的差异。建立先考虑机壳-定子-绕组的热仿真模型,分析不同散热结构下发电机的温升以选取最佳散热方式。再基于流固耦合建立磁悬浮透平膨胀发电机的有限元模型,进行冷媒及电机散热结构的优化设计分析。Different from the conventional motor using air cooling or water cooling,organic Rankine cycle maglev turboexpander can be cooled directly by organic working medium.It is necessary to study the influence of organic refrigerant and cooling structure on the temperature rise characteristics of generator.Taking a maglev turboexpander as an example,the differences of heat dissipation performance of organic refrigerant R245fa,air and pure water were compared from the aspects of Reynolds number and heat dissipation coefficient.First,the thermal simulation model considering the shell-stator-winding was established,and the temperature rise of the generator under different heat dissipation structures was analyzed to select the best heat dissipation method.Based on the fluid-solid coupling,the finite element model of the maglev turboexpander was established,and the optimal design and analysis of the cooling medium and motor heat dissipation structure were carried out.
