摘 要:研究目的:墩梁临时固结是悬臂浇筑法保证梁体施工过程中抗倾覆稳定的重要措施,目前在进行临时固结设计时采用的计算模型不一致,造成临时固结设计存在较大差异。结合实际连续梁桥临时固结的设计,建立两种临时固结计算模型,分析计算结果的差异,从而给出合理选取墩梁临时固结计算模型的建议。研究结论:(1)不同模型间计算结果差异较大,若采用不合理模型,一方面将造成临时固结所承受的计算压力过大,导致临时固结设计截面尺寸过于庞大;另一方面造成临时固结所受的计算拉力过小,导致临时固结设计钢筋配置不足,结构处于不安全状态;(2)合理采用计算模型,获得正确的计算结果,在确保结构安全的前提下有利于节约成本;(3)本研究成果可用于连续梁墩梁临时固结的设计。Research purposes: Temporary consolidation is an important measure to ensure the overturning stability of beam body during cantilever construction. However,the calculation methods and models in the design of temporary consolidation are inconsistent and lead to great differences in calculation results. Based on the design of temporary consolidation of a continuous beam bridge, two calculation models are established. The differences between the calculation results of the two models are analyzed,and suggestions are provided for the reasonable selection of calculation models for temporary consolidation of pier beams.Research conclusions:( 1) The calculations results of different models vary greatly. If the unreasonable model is adopted,on the one hand,it will exaggerate pressure forces in temporary consolidation and cause too large section size design of temporary consolidation. On the other hand,the calculate value of tensile force will be artificially reduced,and the structure is in an unsafe state.( 2) The adoption of reasonable calculation models and correct calculation results is conducive to cost savings on the premise of ensuring structural safety.( 3) The research results can be used in the design of temporary consolidation for continuous beam bridge.
