摘 要:目的探究在门诊护士管理中采取人性化管理理念引导模式对提升护理人员工作积极性的正面影响和推广价值。方法随机选择本院2018年1月-2019年12月的门诊没有出现职位变动的护士50例,将2018年1-12月未实施人性化管理为对照组,2019年1-12月实施人性化管理为管理组,对人性化管理前后门诊护士护理情况进行比较并归纳该管理措施的效果。结果相对于普通管理模式,人性化管理后门诊护士积极性、护理质量及对工作满意度评价等均有提升,前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过人性化管理措施让护士工作得到妥善安排,充分调动发挥其工作积极性,提高对患者的护理质量。Objective To explore the positive impact and promotion value of adopting the humane management concept guidance mode in the management of outpatient nurses to improve the enthusiasm of nursing staff.Methods Randomly select 50 nurses who have no job change in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,and take the non implementation of humanistic management from January 2018 to December 2018 as the control group,and the implementation of humanistic management from January to December 2019 as the management group.Compare the nursing situation of outpatient nurses before and after humanistic management,and summarize the effect of the management measures.Results Compared with the ordinary management mode,the enthusiasm of outpatient nurses,the quality of nursing care and the evaluation of job satisfaction were significantly improved after humanized management,which was statistically significant before and after(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to make nurses'work properly arranged through humanized management measures,fully mobilize their work enthusiasm,and improve the quality of care for patients.
