高压氧结合功能训练对脑损伤后康复预后的影响

摘　　要：目的观察脑损伤患者实施常规治疗基础上增加高压氧结合功能训练的临床治疗效果,从而进一步提高患者的康复预后。方法选取了2017年1月—2019年8月收治的脑损伤患者作为研究的对象。对84例患者采用数字随机分组,分两组进行分析。对照组患者采用常规治疗措施,观察组在常规治疗基础上增加高压氧治疗及功能训练。结果观察组患者在治疗半年后的运动功能FMA(financial management association)评分为(79.9±8.1)分,对照组为(52.6±6.5)分,与此同时,在日常生活能力Barthel指数评分中,观察组为(85.4±9.4)分,对照组则为(64.7±8.2)分,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,在临床治疗疗效上,观察组患者的总疗效为95.2%,优于对照组的81.0%,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用高压氧结合功能训练对于脑损伤患者能改善预后,不仅认知、运动功能改善,而且生活质量也有提高,增强了全面康复的效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of increasing hyperbaric oxygen combined with functional training on the basis of routine treatment in patients with brain injury,so as to further improve the rehabilitation prognosis of patients.Methods Brain injury patients admitted from January 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the study objects.Through retrospective analysis,84 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen and functional training on the basis of conventional treatment.Results The FMA(Financial Management Association)score of the observation group was(79.9±8.1)after half a year of treatment,and that of the control group was(52.6±6.5).At the same time,the Barthel index score of activities of daily living in the observation group was(85.4±9.4)and that of the control group was(64.7±8.2),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,in the clinical curative effect,the total curative effect of the observation group was 95.2%,better than 81.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with functional training can improve the prognosis of patients with brain injury,not only cognitive and motor function,but also the quality of life,and enhance the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation.
