内关穴位注射维生素B_(1)治疗妊娠剧吐的人文关怀护理观察

摘　　要：目的探究妊娠剧吐患者在内关穴位注射维生素B1治疗的基础上采用人文关怀护理对患者生活质量和心理影响的临床效果观察。方法现选取2018年1月—2019年1月来我院就诊的128例妊娠剧吐患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为使用常规护理的对照组和使用人文关怀护理的试验组,每组各64例,两组患者均接受双侧内关穴位注射维生素B1治疗,在门诊治疗3 d后填写健康状况调查表、症状自评量表、满意度调查表,判断不同护理方式对两组患者的影响。结果试验组患者临床症状评分和健康症状评分均优于对照组,且试验组对护理的满意度更高,所有数据组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用人文关怀护理可以使内关穴位注射维生素B1治疗妊娠剧吐患者的临床症状和生活质量明显改善,对护理的满意度显著提升,有助于患者恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanistic care on the quality of life and psychological influence of hyperemesis gravidarum patients treated with Neiguan acupoint injection of vitamin B1.Methods 128 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum patients who came to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group using conventional nursing and the experimental group using humanistic care nursing,with 64 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with bilateral Neiguan point injection of vitamin B1,and were treated in the outpatient department for 3 months After three days,the health status questionnaire,symptom checklist and satisfaction questionnaire were filled in to judge the influence of different nursing methods on the two groups of patients.Results The clinical symptom score and health symptom score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between all the data groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with hyperemesis gravidarum treated by acupoint injection of vitamin B1 at Neiguan,significantly improve the satisfaction of nursing,and help patients recover.
