护理干预对妇科肿瘤化疗患者减轻呕吐的效果

摘　　要：目的探析对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者实施护理干预对改善患者恶心呕吐的效果。方法选取2019年1—12月本院收治的102例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗治疗患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各51例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果组间恶心呕吐情况对比,Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度恶心呕吐发生率低于对照组;组间护理前后心理状态评分对比,护理后,观察组HAMD评分为(18.5±1.3)分、HAMA评分为(19.1±1.4)分,低于对照组;组间生活质量评分对比,在认知功能、躯体功能、社会功能三个维度,观察组评分更高,在疼痛维度方面,观察组评分更低;两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者实施综合护理干预的效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on nausea and vomiting in patients with gynecological malignant tumor.Methods 102 patients with gynecological malignant tumor treated with chemotherapy from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting in groupⅡ,ⅢandⅣwas significantly lower than that in control group,and the psychological status score before and after nursing was significantly lower than that in control group.The scores of HAMD and Hama in the observation group were(18.5±1.3)and(19.1±1.4),respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of the quality of life in the two groups were higher in the three dimensions of cognitive function,physical function and social function,higher in the observation group and lower in the pain dimension,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on gynecological malignant tumor patients with chemotherapy is remarkable.
