肩袖损伤患者术后功能康复护理对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肩袖损伤患者肩关节镜手术治疗中选用康复护理的价值。方法选择2019年1月—2020年6月收治的80例肩袖损伤患者均分为两组(随机信封法),对照组40例选用常规护理,观察组40例选用康复护理,统计对比生活质量、并发症发生率、护理效果。结果观察组生活质量高于对照组,数据对比,P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率(7.50%)低于对照组(25.00%),数据对比,χ2=4.5006,P<0.05。观察组住院时间、术后疼痛程度、肩部功能恢复时间低于对照组,肩关节功能评分(30.14±1.25)分高于对照组(25.26±2.19)分,数据对比,t=12.2396,P<0.05。结论将功能康复护理应用在肩袖损伤患者肩关节镜手术治疗中对降低术后疼痛程度,缩短住院及恢复时间,提高关节功能评分及生活质量效果更理想。Objective To explore the value of choosing rehabilitation nursing in shoulder arthroscopy surgery for patients with rotator cuff injury.Methods 80 patients with rotator cuff injuries were selected for treatment from January 2019 to June 2020.They were divided into two groups(random envelope method),40 patients in the control group were selected for routine nursing,and 40 patients in the observation group were selected for rehabilitation nursing,nursing effect.Results The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the data comparison,P<0.05.The incidence rate of complications in the observation group(7.50%)was lower than that in the control group(25.00%),χ2=4.5006,P<0.05.The length of hospital stay,postoperative pain,and shoulder function recovery time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the shoulder joint function score(30.14±1.25)points was higher than that of the control group(25.26±2.19)points.Data comparison,t=12.2396,P<0.05.Conclusion Applying functional rehabilitation nursing to shoulder arthroscopy surgery in patients with rotator cuff injury is more ideal for reducing postoperative pain,shortening hospitalization and recovery time,improving joint function score and quality of life.
