摘 要:静电除尘器对于降低粉尘排放具有很好的作用,被广泛用于水泥、火电、冶金、化工等行业,是一种高效且节能的环保除尘设备,随着排放要求的提高,各种提效改造技术用于电除尘器。文章简略分析了传统导电滤槽与新型线—网式装置技术,并对两种技术在工程中的实际应用情况进行了比较与分析,从工期、成本、排放各个角度进行对比,经比较发现,这两种技术都未增加原除尘器的体积,但新型线—网式的技术经济指标明显优于传统导电滤槽,收尘效率大幅提高,投资省,停炉时间短。Electrostatic precipitators have a good effect on reducing dust emissions,so they are widely used in cement,thermal power,metallurgical,chemical and other industries.They are a kind of efficient and energy-saving environmental protection dust removal equipment.As the requirements on emissions become increasingly stricter,various efficiency-improvement technologies are used in electrostatic precipitators.This paper briefly analyzed the traditional conductive filter tank and the new line-net device technology,and compared and analyzed the practical engineering application of the two technologies in terms of construction period,cost and emissions.The comparison shows that the two technologies do not increase the volume of the original dust remover,but the technical and economic indicators of the new line-net device are obviously superior to those of the traditional conductive filter tank,and the new technology has the advantages of greatly-improved dust collection efficiency,less investment,and shorter shutdown time.
