摘　　要：学界对于纪委的研究更多聚焦于党史的发展脉络与演进上,当我们从组织的视角来审视纪委的变迁时,却会发现其更为复杂的面向。本文尝试使用党政治理结构作为框架,采用文件分析的研究方法,针对中纪委的历届工作报告进行深入的内容分析,通过梳理纪委在改革开放后的发展与变迁,探讨中国反腐败核心机构纪委的双重组织特性与内在机理。纪委具有双重属性,一方面呈现出作为政党机构的权威性与政治性,另一方面则体现出作为科层机构的专业性与规范性。这样的双重属性使得纪委在自身的变迁与发展过程中形成了较为独特的逻辑脉络,而这一内在逻辑实际上也是中国党政治理结构的折射与反映。The academic research on the Committee for Inspection focuses more on the development and evolution of the history of the Party.When we examine the changes of the Inspection Committee from an organizational perspective,we will find more complex aspects.This article attempts to use the political structure of the Party as a framework,adopts the research method of text analysis,conducts an in-depth text analysis of the previous work reports of the Central Inspection Committee,and discusses the dual organizational characteristics and internal mechanism of the Inspection Committee,China s core anti-corruption agency.On the one hand,it presents its authority and politics as a party institution,and on the other hand,it reflects its professionalism and standardization as a bureaucratic institution.Such dual attributes have allowed the Committee to form a more unique logical context in the course of its own changes and development,and this internal logic is actually a reflection of the political structure of the CPC s governance.
