摘  要:在大型锅炉中,锅炉结焦问题非常常见,锅炉结焦也是有百害无一利,会影响锅炉正常燃烧,严重影响锅炉效率,影响热水循环系统,容易引起爆管的安全隐患。本文通过分析锅炉结焦的原理及原因,提出了防止炉内结焦的措施。In the process of coal-fired power generation boiler operation,the problem of boiler coking often occurs.In large boilers,the problem of boiler coking is very common,and the boiler coking is also harmful,which will affect the normal combustion of the boiler,seriously affect the boiler efficiency,affect the hot water circulation system,and easily cause the hidden danger of tube explosion.Coking may even block the outlet of the furnace cavity,resulting in the bad effect of shutdown maintenance.In this paper,through the principle and causes of boiler coking,the measures to prevent coking in the furnace are described.
