摘　　要：科学技术的快速进步和发展,使当今社会发生悄然变革。伴随着大数据技术应用的扩大以及AI人工智能技术的不断开发,当前从智能建筑到智慧建筑的发展正一步一步从蓝图转化为现实,未来建筑必将变得更加安全、宜居,节能和环保。基于此,本文首先对大数据技术的内涵进行了简单的概述,然后分析了基于大数据和AI技术的JEM平台应用,最后展望了物联网和智能建筑结合的发展方向,以供参考。The rapid progress and development of science and technology have caused quiet changes in today's society.With the expansion of the application of big data technology and the continuous development of AI artificial intelligence technology,the current development from smart buildings to smart buildings is gradually transforming from blueprints to realiiy;and future buildings will become safer;more livable,energy-efficient and environmentally friendly..Based on this,this article first gives a brief overview of the connotation of big data technology,then analyzes the application of the JEM platform based on big data and AI technology,and finally looks forward to the development direction of the combination of the Internet of Things and smart buildings for reference.
