摘  要:《俄语专业教学指南》对新时代俄语专业建设和发展提出新的要求。本访谈阐释《指南》出台的背景和意义,明确《指南》提出的新要求,即强调立德树人、树立人才培养的质量意识并遵守质量标准、树立闭环性质的教学质量监控意识。同时创新性地提出贯彻《指南》的两个关键点,即师资队伍建设和俄语专业新文科建设。本访谈对各高校结合实际落实《指南》具有重要参考和指导意义。Teaching Guide for Russian Major(hereinafter referred to as the Teaching Guide) has put forward new requirements for the development of Russian major in a new era. This interview has interpreted both the background and significance of composing the Teaching Guide, and specified new requirements of the Teaching Guide comprising enhancement of moral education, fostering of quality awareness and adherence to quality standards in talent cultivation as well as promotion of closed-loop assessment of teaching quality. The interview also initiates two essential elements in the implementation of the Teaching Guide: teachers’ professional development and the construction of new liberal arts in Russian major. This interview will shed significant light on the ac-tual implementation of the Teaching Guide in different universities.
