摘 要:指出了矮林由于质量差、长势差、应对气候变化的能力差,急需通过森林经营提高林分质量。提出了老龄矮林由于其已失去天然更新的能力,主要依靠渐进式人工造林的方式,逐步改造为乔林;中龄矮林则主要依靠天然更新进行转变经营,逐步转化为乔林;幼龄矮林可先采用目标树经营法进行经营,并同时促进天然更新,并在天然更新成功后逐步转变为乔林。探讨了在矮林向乔林转变的过程中,需持续关注乡土树种和珍贵阔叶树种的培育、野生动物生存环境的保护以及生物多样性的恢复。Discussion is made towards the poor stand quality,slow growth and deficient ability of coppice forests to cope with climate change and it is urgent to manage such forests and improve their quality.For old coppice stands,as they have lost the ability of natural regeneration,the conversion to high forests should be achieved by gradual planting.Natural regeneration and planting activities should be applied in middle-aged coppice forests for the conversion.For young coppice stands,it is suggested to apply future-crop-tree management and meanwhile promote natural regeneration.After the natural regeneration appears,the forest could gradually finish the conversion to high forests.During the conversion process,attention should be paid to cultivation of indigenous tree species and precious hardwood species,also the protection of wildlife living environment and the restoration of biodiversity.
