摘 要:非晶合金由于具有优异的软磁性能、节能环保、成本低等优势,得到了人们极大的关注。然而,目前实验室和工业领域利用铜模铸造法所能制备的非晶合金尺寸仍然较小,这严重制约非晶合金作为结构材料在工业领域的实际应用。利用放电等离子烧结技术制备非晶合金为解决上述问题提供了难得的契机。然而,从目前国内外的研究报道可以发现,利用该技术制备的非晶合金都存在较为严重的晶化以及力学性能远低于铸态样品等问题。针对这些问题,以Zr_(50)Ti_(5)Cu_(27)Ni_(10)Al_(8)非晶合金为模型材料,利用放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术制备大尺寸非晶合金。研究发现,烧结温度为480℃、烧结压力为500 MPa、升温速率为50℃·min^(-1)、保温时间为5 min是SPS制备Zr_(50)Ti_(5)Cu_(27)Ni_(10)Al_(8)非晶合金的最佳工艺参数组合,此时样品的致密度最高,样品的断裂强度也达到最大值1563 MPa,该强度高于铜模铸造法制备的块体非晶合金的强度。Amorphous alloys attracted great attention due to their excellent soft magnetic properties,energy saving and low cost.However,the size of amorphous alloys produced by copper die casting in laboratory and industrial fields was still small,which seriously restricted the practical application of amorphous alloys as structural materials in industrial fields.The preparation of amorphous alloy by discharge plasma sintering technology provided a rare opportunity to solve above problems.However,it could be found from the research reports at domestic and abroad that crystallization and mechanical of the amorphous alloys prepared by this technology were much lower than that of the as-cast samples.To solve these problems,Zr_(50)Ti_(5)Cu_(27)Ni_(10)Al_(8) amorphous alloy was used as the model material in this paper to prepare large-size amorphous alloy by spark plasma sintering(SPS)technology.The results showed that the optimum technological parameters for the preparation of SPS Zr_(50)Ti_(5)Cu_(27)Ni_(10)Al_(8) amorphous alloy were the sintering temperature of 480℃,the sintering pressure of 500 MPa,the heating rate of 50℃·min^(-1),heat preservation time for 5 min.Under that condition,the prepared sample had the highest density,the fracture strength reached maximum of 1563 MPa,and the strength was higher than that of bulk amorphous alloys prepared by copper casting.
