摘　　要：目的观察不同剂量金银花口服液联合西医常规疗法治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)普通型患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法将多中心的300例新型冠状病毒肺炎普通型患者随机分为对照组(给予常规治疗,即洛匹那韦利托那韦、干扰素α2a等)、60ml金银花组(在常规治疗的基础上,再给予金银花口服液,每次60ml,每日3次)、120ml金银花组(在常规治疗的基础上,再给予金银花口服液,每次120ml,每日3次)各100例,3组患者均连续治疗10天后统计疗效。观察各组患者治疗前后呼吸道样本新型冠状病毒核酸转阴率、胸部CT评分、住院天数、病毒核酸转阴时长、转重症率、不良反应发生率及生化指标等变化。结果治疗后对照组、60ml金银花组、120ml金银花组患者核酸转阴率分别为67.6%(48例/71例)、78.0%(46例/59例)和78.9%(45例/57例),3组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后除对照组左肺部CT评分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余两组治疗后胸部CT评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,120ml金银花组右肺部CT评分明显降低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,60ml金银花组、120ml金银花组均能明显缩短住院天数及病毒核酸转阴时长(均P<0.01)。60ml金银花组、120ml金银花组均无患者转为重症,对照组有3例(4.22%)转为重症。结论金银花口服液能较好改善新型冠状病毒肺炎普通型患者的肺部病变,并能缩短住院天数及病毒核酸转阴时长,且每次口服120ml对肺部修复作用更明显。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of Jinyinhua Liquid(金银花口服液)at different dosage combined with conventional Western medicine for treating common type of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods In a multicenter trial design,300 cases of COVID-19 were randomly divided into control group(conventional treatment:lopinavir-ritonavir,interferon α2 a,etc.),60 ml Jinyinhua Liquid group(conventional treatment plus oral Jinyinhua Liquid,60 ml each time,3 times daily),and 120 ml Jinyinhua Liquid group(conventional treatment plus oral Jinyinhua Liquid,120 ml each time,3 times daily),with 100 cases in each group.The duration of treatment lasted 10 days.The outcomes included negative conversion rate of nucleic acid in the respiratory tract samples,the chest CT score,hospitalization days,time to negative conversion of nucleic acid,aggravation and progression rate,adverse events,and biochemical indicators.Results After treatment,the negative conversion rate of nucleic acid in the control group,60 ml and 120 ml Jinyinhua Liquid group were 67.6%(48/71 cases),78.0%(46/59 cases)and 78.9%(45/57 cases),respectively,with no statistically significant between groups(P>0.05).CT score of the left lung in the control group was not significantly different from that before treatment(P>0.05),and CT scores significantly decreased after treatment when compared to those before treatment(P<0.05);compared to the control group,120 ml Jinyinhua Liquid group had significantly lower CT score of right lungs(P<0.05).The hospitalization duration and time to negative conversion of nucleic acid were significantly shortened in 60 ml and 120 ml Jinyinhua Liquid group compared to the control group(P<0.01).There were no cases progressing to severe cases in both Jinyinhua Liquid groups,while there were three severe cases(4.22%)in control group.Conclusion Jinyinhua Liquid can better improve the lung lesions and shorten the hospitalization duration and the time to negative conversion of nucleic acid,and dosage of 120 ml per time has
