摘  要:本文针对晋城无烟块煤特性,对碎煤加压气化炉及其配套工艺系统进行研究、优化和升级,通过工业示范装置的建设运行,在产气量、热稳定性、低能耗性、宽负荷可操作性均实现新突破,形成适应晋城无烟块煤的专有气化技术,提升了企业的竞争力,解决无烟块煤高效利用提供出路,为传统固定床气化炉的转型升级提供参照依据。This paper researches,optimizes and upgrades the crushed coal pressurized gasifier and its supporting process system for the characteristics of Jincheng anthracite lump coal.Through the construction and operation of the industrial demonstration plant,new breakthroughs are achieved in gas production,thermal stability,low energy consumption and wide load operability,forming a proprietary gasification technology adapted to Jincheng anthracite lump coal,enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises,providing a way out for the efficient utilization of anthracite lump coal,and providing a reference for the retrofit and upgrading of traditional fixed-bed gasifiers.
