摘　　要：主要介绍了甲烷化催化剂的主要组成和催化机理,并从空速、循环量、压力、温度、模值等方面分析了影响甲烷化催化剂活性因素,结合实际工作中的经验调整催化剂运行参数,从而使催化剂维持高的活性,增加催化剂的使用寿命。This paper mainly introduces the main composition and catalytic mechanism of methanation catalyst,and analyzes the factors influencing the activity of methanation catalyst from the aspects of space velocity,circulation volume,pressure,temperature,mould value.etc.The operating parameters of catalyst are adjusted based on actual operation experience,so that the catalyst activity is maintains high and the service life is increased.
