周口市2005-2019年百日咳发病和免疫水平分析

摘　　要：目的分析周口市百日咳报告发病水平,评价免疫预防效果及疫情反弹的风险。方法通过河南省免疫规划信息管理系统、中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2005-2019年周口市百白破疫苗报告接种率和百日咳报告发病数据,抽取健康人群750份血清标本,检测百日咳血清抗体水平。结果2005-2019年,周口市适龄儿童百白破疫苗全程四剂次平均接种率94.47%,百日咳平均报告发病率0.17/10万,2019年健康人群百日咳抗体阳性率12.27%。结论周口市2005-2019年百白破疫苗全程接种率较高且接种水平比较稳定,百日咳报告发病率相对较低,健康人群中百日咳抗体水平较低,周口市存在百日咳疫情再现的风险。Objective To analyze the reported incidence level of pertussis in Zhoukou City and evaluate the effect of immune prevention and the risk of epidemic rebound.Methods The data of DPT vaccine coverage rate and reported incidence of pertussis in Zhoukou City from 2005 to 2019 were collected through Henan Provincial Immunization Planning Information Management System and China Disease Control and prevention information System.A total of 750 serum samples of healthy people were collected to detect the serum antibody level of pertussis.Results During the 2005-2019 years,the average vaccination rate of four doses of DPT vaccine in Zhoukou was 94.47%,the average incidence rate of pertussis was 0.17/10 million,and the positive rate of pertussis antibody among healthy people in 2019 was 12.27%.Conclusion In Zhoukou,the total vaccination rate of DPT vaccine in 2005-2019 years was higher and the vaccination level was relatively stable.The incidence rate of pertussis was relatively low,and the level of pertussis antibody in healthy population was relatively low.Zhoukou had the risk of recurrence of pertussis.
