摘  要:针对工业氧化钼中的钼酸钙、低价钼不溶于氨水,且浸出液中存在其他杂质元素的问题,研究了一种高效、简单的新工艺,主要包括浸出和萃取两部分。考察了Na_(2)CO_(3)用量、浸出温度、浸出时间、液固比对钼浸出的影响。通过改变相比、萃取时间、萃取级数、反萃剂浓度、反萃级数探究萃取与反萃条件。结果表明,在Na_(2)CO_(3)用量系数1.16、浸出温度140℃、浸出时间3 h,液固比4∶1的条件下,钼浸出效果最好,浸出率达99%以上。萃取与反萃的最佳工艺条件如下:萃取条件为有机相组成15%N235+10%仲辛醇+75%煤油,pH值3.2,萃取时间6 min,相比3.5∶1,4级逆流萃取;反萃条件为反萃剂氨水浓度13.64%,反萃时间10 min,相比5∶1,2级逆流反萃。在上述条件下,钼萃取率和反萃率均达到99%以上。该技术钼资源利用效率高、损失小,提纯后钼溶液浓度可达173.45 g/L。To solve the problem that calcium molybdate and low-valence molybdenum in industrial molybdenum oxide are insoluble in ammonia water and there are other impurity elements in the leaching solution,a new efficient and simple process was studied,mainly including the two parts of leaching and extraction.The effects of Na_(2)CO_(3)dosage,leaching temperature,leaching time and liquid-to-solid ratio on molybdenum leaching were investigated.The extraction and stripping conditions were explored by changing phase ratio,extraction time,extraction stage,stripping agent concentration and stripping stage.The results show that under the conditions of Na_(2)CO_(3)dosage coefficient 1.16,leaching temperature 140℃,leaching time 3 h,and liquid-solid ratio 4∶1,the molybdenum leaching effect is the best,and the leaching rate is over 99%.The optimum technological conditions of extraction and stripping are as follows:the extraction conditions are organic phase composition of 15%N235+10%octanol+75%kerosene,pH value of 3.2,extraction time of 6 min,phase ratio of 3.5∶1 and 4-stage countercurrent extraction;the stripping conditions are 13.64%NH3·H2O as the stripping agent,stripping time of 10 min,phase ratio of 5∶1 and 2-stage countercurrent stripping.Both the extraction rate and stripping rate of molybdenum are over 99%under the above conditions.This technology has high utilization efficiency and low loss of molybdenum resources,and the concentration of molybdenum solution can reach 173.45 g/L after purification.
