摘 要:为明确黑龙江省西部草原蝗虫对杀虫剂的抗性,实现对草原蝗虫的高效节药治理,采用点滴法于2010年和2013年检测当地优势种大垫尖翅蝗Epacromius coerulipes不同种群对10种常规杀虫剂的敏感性,并测定3种增效剂对杀虫剂的增效作用。结果显示,与相对敏感基线相比,2010年大垫尖翅蝗肇源、林甸和杜蒙种群对有机磷类杀虫剂马拉硫磷、三唑磷和辛硫磷均未产生抗性,抗性比在1.09~3.32之间;对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂高效氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯的抗性比在3.57~6.86之间,处于敏感性下降和低抗水平;对其他5种杀虫剂氟虫腈、丁烯氟虫腈、阿维菌素、苦参碱和印楝素比较敏感,抗性比在0.88~1.44之间。2013年肇源种群对辛硫磷的抗性水平稍有增加,对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的抗性比上升至9.43~9.57,但仍处于低抗水平。停止使用有机磷类和拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂3年,大垫尖翅蝗对其的低水平抗性可以恢复到敏感水平;在拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂中混用增效醚,有机磷类杀虫剂中混用磷酸三苯酯,增效作用显著,对抗性种群的增效比达到3.48以上,可以明显降低用药量。表明黑龙江省西部草原蝗虫对各类常用杀虫剂未产生高水平抗性,对大部分杀虫剂较敏感,且混用增效剂可以有效延长杀虫剂的使用寿命,有效控制草原和农牧交错地带农作物的草原蝗虫。In order to clarify the resistance of grassland grasshoppers in western Heilongjiang Province to commonly used insecticides and achieve high-efficiency and pesticide-saving control of grassland grasshoppers,the sensitivity of Epacromius coerulipes,a dominant species of grasshoppers,to ten commonly used insecticides and the synergistic effects of three synergists on the insecticides were detected by using drop method in 2010 and 2013.Compared with the relative susceptible toxicity baseline,the results of 2010 showed that E.coerulipes from Zhaoyuan,Lindian and Dumeng had no resistance to the three organophosphorus insecticides malathion,triazophos and phoxim,with a resistance ratio between1.09 and 3.32.The resistance ratios of the pyrethroid insecticides beta-cypermethrin and fenvalerate were between 3.57 and 6.86,with a decreased sensitivity and a low resistance level.However,it was sensitive to fipronil,butene-fipronil,abamectin,matrine and azadirachtin,with a resistance ratio ranging from 0.88 to 1.44.The results of 2013 showed that the resistance level of E.coerulipes from Zhaoyuan to phoxim increased slightly,and its resistance level to pyrethroid insecticides increased to 9.43-9.57 times,but it was still at a low resistance level.After disuse of organophosphorus and pyrethroid pesticides for three years,the low resistance of grasshoppers could be restored to sensitive levels.When piperonyl butoxide was mixed in pyrethroid insecticides and triphenyl phosphate was mixed in organophosphorus insecticides,the synergistic effects were significant,and their synergistic effects against the resistant strains reached more than 3.48 times,which could significantly reduce the use of pesticides.It indicated that the grassland grasshoppers in western Heilongjiang Province had no high-level resistance,and they were more sensitive to most insecticides.Moreover,mixing synergists could effectively extend the service life of insecticides and effectively control the harm of grassland grasshoppers to crops in the grassland and ag
