摘 要:为了改进传统船舶的运行效率,设计研究了一种船用推进永磁电机。文章叙述了电机的电磁设计及温升计算过程,研究了电磁负荷选取及转子结构参数的计算方法,并用有限元软件分析了电机的电磁性能。此外,还根据热路法的基本原理,计算了电机的温升,建立了等效热路模型,通过基于热路法的热网络模型进行了温升仿真计算。试验结果与仿真结果两者相符,实现了直驱式船用电机的快速优化设计。In order to improve the operation efficiency of the traditional ship, a kind of propulsion PM motor used in the marine is designed and researched. The electromagnetic design and temperature rise calculation process of the motor is described, selection of electromagnetic load and calculation method of rotor structure parameters are researched and electromagnetic performance of the motor is analyzed by means of the FEA software. Moreover,temperature-rise of motor is calculated and the equivalent thermal model is established according to the basic principle of thermal path method. Temperature-rise simulation calculation is conducted through the thermal network based upon the thermal path method. The test result meets with the simulation calculation results, to realize the rapid and optimized design of the direct drive propulsion PM motor used in the marine.
