摘 要:钛和锆及其合金具有强度高和良好的耐腐蚀性能,在多个工业领域的应用研究发展迅速。通过爆炸焊接方法制备了锆-钛复合板,并对复合板进行钨极惰性气体保护焊焊接制备对接焊接接头。采用微观组织分析、显微硬度测试、拉伸试验及数字图像相关(DIC)方法对锆-钛复合板焊接接头局部力学性能进行分析,结果表明:焊接接头基层钛材侧和覆层锆材侧均表现为焊缝区显微硬度值最高,均值分别达到HV 188.4及HV 186.3;显微硬度值沿焊缝区到母材区逐渐下降,最终稳定在HV 155(钛材侧)和HV 145(锆材侧)左右。通过引伸计与DIC方法得到的焊接接头应力-应变曲线吻合较好,表明DIC方法测量结果可信。采用DIC方法获得焊接接头各区域的局部应力-应变曲线,结果表明:母材区局部弹性模量与屈服强度最低,成为焊接接头最薄弱区域,在拉伸过程中应变集中出现在该区域,局部应变极值达到0.5269,最终在该位置引起断裂失效。Titanium,zirconium and their alloys have high strength and good corrosion resistance,and their application research has developed rapidly in many industrial fields.Zr/Ti cladding plates were prepared by explosive welding,and butt welded joints were pre⁃pared by tungsten inert gas welding.The local mechanical properties of welded joint of Zr/Ti cladding plate were studied by microstruc⁃ture analysis,microhardness test,tensile test,and digital image correlation(DIC)method.The results showed that the microhardness values of the base titanium side and the cladding zirconium side of the welded joint were the highest,with the average values of HV 188.4 and HV 186.3,respectively.The microhardness values decreased gradually from weld zone to base metal zone,and finally stabi⁃lized at HV 155(titanium side)and HV 145(zirconium side).The stress-strain curves of welded joints obtained by extensometer and DIC method were in good agreement,which indicated that the measurement results of DIC method were reliable.The local stress-strain curves of each region of welded joint were obtained by DIC method.The results showed that the local elastic modulus and yield strength of the base metal were the lowest,which was the weakest area of the welded joint.During the tensile process,the strain concentration occurred in this area,and the local strain extreme value reached 0.5269,which finally caused fracture failure at this position.
